Return & Refund Policy
At Padawan Outpost, we stand behind the quality of every saber — whether it’s built for duelling or designed for display. Our policy aims to be fair and transparent, while protecting the integrity of high-value, custom, and signed items.
Standard Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your item, provided the following conditions are met:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain products and conditions fall outside our return policy to protect both our customers and the value of limited-edition items. Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Clearance and sale items follow the same return policy as standard items. We stand behind their quality and offer the same return rights, provided the item remains unused and undamaged.
We also cannot accept returns or provide warranty for sabers purchased second-hand or via unauthorised third-party sellers.
Cancellations & Non-Refundable Items (Custom & Signature Editions)
For custom builds, raffle wins, and signature edition sabers, the following terms apply:
A 10% non-refundable deposit applies to any cancellations
Once production or signature arrangements have begun, the order is non-refundable and final
These items are crafted or secured individually per customer. In the case of signed sabers, the autograph itself is a delicate, high-value feature — easily prone to marks, smudges, or scratches. Due to this fragility and the one-off nature of these releases, returns and cancellations cannot be accepted once the process has started.

Damages, Defects & Warranty
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us immediately upon receipt with clear photos and a description. We’ll review the issue and respond under our repair warranty, which covers:
We do not issue refunds for damaged items, but we will work with you to repair or replace faulty components in line with your warranty.
Please do not send any saber back unless we’ve authorised the return in writing — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Note: If the return is not due to a fault or error and is based on personal preference, a 10% deduction will apply to cover merchant and handling fees.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
