Orders that are requested to be cancelled, refuse of delivery or exchanged after purchase will have a 10% deductible of the full purchase as there is a merchant fee when the payment has been purchased through your store which we do not get back.
Failure to accept duties and import taxes on the item will result in a charge for shipping and this will not be refunded.
