What makes a character saber that character’s

Two things, and neither is the blade colour. The first is the hilt — every one of these is a distinct machined design, and the silhouette is what your eye actually recognises. The second is the sound font: each saber ships with preloaded fonts, and the character tie lives there, in the ignition, the hum and the clash. Then choose how it fights

Most character hilts come in more than one format. Base Lit, paired with the RGBX soundboard, is the best-value way in. Neopixel lights the full blade and pairs with Xenopixel or Proffie. Many are rated for real sparring — the duelling collection holds the combat-ready set, while display-first pieces live in collectors edition. Which character saber is best for duelling?

Combat-line character hilts take full sparring. Premium and display pieces are for light clashing only, as are flat-profile blades — each product page states which.

Are these official Star Wars lightsabers?

No. Every saber here is inspired by the films and replica-style — unofficial and unlicensed.

Does the saber come in the character’s colour?

It comes in every colour. Colour is configurable on the hilt controls or in the app, so it is not fixed to the model. What is tied to the character is the hilt design and the preloaded sound fonts.

I want the hilt, not the character. Where do I start?

Lightsaber hilts is organised by the hardware — grip, emitter, pommel and what is swappable afterwards.
