Sabine Wren’s lightsaber is not one she built. It was made by Ezra Bridger while he studied under Kanan Jarrus — the conventional saber he built to replace the blaster-hilt weapon Darth Vader destroyed on Malachor. Its hilt is a traditional single-emitter design with a black grip and silver accents, and on screen it shows a green blade.
It became hers by use rather than by ceremony, and she has made it her own since: her modifications include a guard at the base of the blade to protect her hands. She carries it in the Ahsoka era as Ahsoka Tano’s apprentice.
This one is regularly told backwards, so it is worth stating plainly. In Legacy of Mandalore, Sabine returns to her family’s home on the frozen world of Krownest and faces Imperial Viceroy Gar Saxon in single combat. Saxon is the one holding the Darksaber — he had taken it without ever beating Sabine for it. Sabine borrows Ezra’s lightsaber and fights him with that, using the training Kanan had given her, and wins. When Saxon demands she finish him in the Mandalorian way, she refuses.
Her connection to the Darksaber is real and it is central to her story — she recovered it, trained with it under Kanan, and later passed it to Bo-Katan Kryze — but she was not the one wielding it on that frozen lake. The saber in her hand at Krownest was Ezra’s.
The green blade is lore, not a product spec. On the sabers we build, colour and effects are set on the soundboard rather than fixed to the hilt, so one hilt can run any colour and change it whenever you like. The tie to a character is the preloaded sound font, not the colour on the blade. Configure it however you want it — you are not buying a colour.
The Model Sabine Wren hilt is a Thin Neck build and is Neopixel only, offered with the Xenopixel V3 or Proffie V2.2 soundboard, in Classic or Weathered finish. Neopixel blades light along their whole length, so ignition scrolls up the blade rather than switching on at once. Blade format comes first and the soundboard follows it — Xenopixel and Proffie pair with Neopixel, never with Base Lit. Spare blades are sold separately.

No — Saxon was the one holding the Darksaber in that duel. Sabine fought him using Ezra’s lightsaber and won. She did claim and train with the Darksaber separately, and later passed it to Bo-Katan Kryze.

Yes, with the appropriate blade fitted. It is a Neopixel saber, so use a Neopixel blade rated for contact duelling rather than a display blade.
Yes to both. The Weathered finish in particular photographs well and suits a costume build, and it works as a display piece whether or not you are dressing as Sabine.
