Here at Padawan Outpost Ltd we aim to dispatch orders the same day if they're placed in the morning (UK BST) and expect for direct shipping orders to take between 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri) depending on delivery address.
For orders including drop-shipping items, please allow for up to 14 business days for the items to arrive. Please also note that during certain periods of the year, we will not be able to maintain the 14 business days delivery promise, as cross-border logistics are suspended during certain national holidays please also note that duty and taxes are not covered for dropship order this is only for direct orders.
All lightsabers come inclusive of free shipping to the UK, EU and US, if you encounter issues with this, please flag it with us directly.
We offer DDP & DHL express (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping to all countries, meaning we will take care of paying for and managing the import costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees for you for orders. This means you will pay only for the total you see at checkout, and you will receive the item to your door without the need to liaise with customs.
