Can I duel with the Maul V2?
It's fully functional and ready for activation, but it is not recommended for heavy dueling — the twin-hilt coupling is built for display, cosplay and light spinning. For contact sparring, choose a round-blade duelling lightsaber and read Mastering the Art of Lightsaber Dueling first.
Does it split into two sabers?
Yes — the coupling adapter separates, leaving two individual working sabers.
V1 or V2 — which Maul staff is this?
The V2 is the Clone Wars-era twin-hilt design with connector; the Model Darth Maul V1 is the Phantom Menace-era full staff.

Awsome addition to the room
Overall the sword i ordered is awesome. Just the pushable buttons feel a bit feeble and for that price they could add a charger, not only the cable.

Fantastic sabers
This is the 4th lightsaber I've gotten though padawan outpost and it is absolutely fantastic so brilliant in fact me and my mate went to the local woods and had a lightsaber battle which i highly suggest everyone does

I bought this saber as a birthday present for someone, they are a massive Star Wars fan and absolutely loved the lightsaber. The quality of the saber and numerous features/lights/sounds it comes with is 100% worth the price! It is quite accurate to the Clone Wars version and the details are impeccable!
