Sith hilts break the standard silhouette

The Jedi built one blade and left it at that. The dark side is where the unusual form factors live, and that — far more than any colour — is what distinguishes this collection. Maul's and Savage Opress's staffs are two hilts joined end to end; Kylo's crossguard vents a cracked crystal through two quillons; Dooku's grip curves for precision fencing. The Lords, and where each range sits

Darth Vader spans the Episode III to VI hilts, stunt variants included. Darth Maul covers the full staff and the shorter single. Kylo Ren holds the crossguards, Count Dooku the curved hilt, and Emperor Palpatine the slim design he kept hidden. Revan, Starkiller, Darth Nihilus, Asajj Ventress and the Inquisitors sit alongside them.

Red is a story, not a spec

In the fiction a Sith blade turns red because the crystal was bled — forced into submission rather than attuned to. That is the good half of the lore, and our colour meanings guide covers it. On the hardware it means nothing: colour and effects are configured on the soundboard, so every hilt here runs whatever profile you load. What makes a saber Vader's is the sound font.

A staff needs two of everything

Worth knowing before you commit: these form factors cost more to feed. A double-bladed hilt runs two full blades, a crossguard a main blade plus two side blades, and blades are the consumable part of any duelling saber — budget for spares from saber blades. On format, Base Lit pairs with the RGBX board and Neopixel with Xenopixel or Proffie. A few pieces here are display editions, so check the product page before you spar.

Why are Sith lightsabers red?

In-universe, because the kyber crystal was bled — corrupted by its wielder rather than chosen by them. On the sabers we sell it's just a profile: colour is set on the soundboard.

Are double-bladed sabers harder to handle?

Yes, and heavier. A staff needs room and two-handed control, which is why many people run one as a second saber rather than a first.

Are these replicas?

Yes — unofficial, replica-style hilts inspired by the on-screen designs, assembled and fitted by us here in the UK.

Can I duel with a crossguard hilt?

The combat-built ones take contact like any other. The side blades take the punishment in a bind, and replacements are in saber blades.

Base Lit or Neopixel for a Sith hilt?

Both take contact. Base Lit on the RGBX board is cheaper to buy and to reblade; Neopixel on Xenopixel or Proffie gives full-length lighting and flash-on-clash — and on a staff that cost difference doubles.
