EU customers
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as updated by 2023/2673).
Use the “Submit withdrawaal request” form below. We will confirm by email. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us.
We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return), with no cancellation fee. Refunds include the cost of delivery up to our standard (cheapest) delivery option; if you chose a faster or upgraded delivery, the extra cost of that upgrade is not refunded. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide proof of return.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty. Please inspect items as you would in a shop, but do not use them. We may reduce your refund for diminished value if an item has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it (for example, a saber that has been dueled), up to its full value where it can no longer be resold.
