Can I duel with the Darksaber?
Within limits: light clashing and choreography are fine with a flat blade; full-out duelling is not. A flat profile concentrates impact along an edge instead of spreading it around a tube, so it handles light contact perfectly well but is not the tool for a heavy bout. For sparring, choose a round-blade duelling lightsaber, and read Mastering the Art of Lightsaber Dueling first.
Xenopixel or Proffie?
